None, the great thing about Slice Pay is we take on all the risk of offering lay by. We are specialist in risk. It is our responsibility to help customers stay on track with their plans and follow up customers who fall behind.
If a customer misses a payment we will inform the customer via email and/or text. Customers are not charged fees for late payments. We understand sometimes things come up so we give customers time and will communicate with them before escalating action. If the customer continues to miss multiple payments their booking is at risk of being cancelled
